The Concept:
In a crowded market of traditional snack ads, the challenge was to create a visual identity for "Mahboul" that feels like an extraordinary experience rather than just a snack. I drew inspiration from the concept of "Interdimensional Portals" .
The idea is that the product and its ingredients (cheese and onions) are bursting from a high-energy fantasy world into our quiet, grounded reality.
Behind the Design:
Visual Contrast : I deliberately paired a serene, traditional setting (the horsemen in the desert) with the chaotic energy of lightning and the vibrant purple glow of the portal. This creates a "visual shock" that immediately grabs the viewer's attention.
Dynamic Composition : The chips and ingredients are arranged in an "explosive composition," making them appear as if they are flying toward the viewer. This technique translates the intensity of the flavor into a physical movement.
Lighting & Manipulation : To ensure a realistic blend (Photo Manipulation), I focused on how the purple light from the portal would naturally reflect on the sand and the riders, grounding the fantastical elements in a real-world environment.
Marketing Goal:
The goal was to position "Mahboul" as a bold, innovative choice for a younger generation. The message is clear: this isn't just potato chips; it’s a "Flavor from another dimension" .
